Program Description: 

The Youth Employment and Leadership Programs are located at the Richmond Village Beacon at George Washington High School. Youth employment programming includes job placement at Richmond District Neighborhood Center afterschool program sites, job bank, and one-on-one resume and interview support. A secondary program, SoFresh, is for high school juniors and seniors who are trained in leadership, social group work, and mentorship and who visit high school freshmen and sophomore homerooms to build community. Additionally, Junor Nurses is a program for high school youth who are interested in a career in nursing.
