Program Description: 

 Spend the week taking photographs with your smartphone and creating one-of-a-kind art pieces with the images using experimental printing techniques.Kids ages 9 – 11 will have fun in this photography camp learning new techniques for shooting and editing images with their smartphones, and then turning those images into unique works of art using alternative process printing techniques.Constance Chu will teach the photography portion of the workshop. Kids will learn image composition and editing using the Snapseed app. Laurie Reemsnyder will lead the printing half of the workshop in which kids will make amazing art pieces using the photographs they have taken. The kids will learn to make transfer prints using Purell and other materials, scratching and bleaching, and hand-coloring.
