Program Description:
College Track recruits students from underserved communities and works continuously with them from the
summer before 9th grade through college graduation. College Track teaches our students the skills necessary to succeed
in college and beyond. Four core service areas: Academic Affairs, College Affairs, Student Life, and
College Success are structured to prepare students for the academic, social and financial demands of
college. College Track works primarily with students from the southeast section of San Francisco
Monday through Friday from 3pm-7pm. There is also occasional Saturday programming.

Academic Affairs is a comprehensive program that supports and encourages students to succeed in high
school while preparing them for the rigors of college. Students are expected to reach a target GPA in A-G
classes for each grade level.
College Affairs guides students in all aspects related to college admissions. Students also receive support
identifying and applying to a variety of college scholarships.
Student Life provides students with the opportunities, resources, and tools to explore their passions and
constructively engage in their communities through active civic participation.
