Program Description: 

A collaboration between the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD)and the Omie/Excelsior Beacon Center, this program strives to help teens become active, civic-minded members of the community.

Balboa's ExCEL program offers their students a wide variety of academic, enrichment, and recreation programs such as 3D Printing, Cooking, Woodshop, Tutoring, JROTC, and more.

Students also have the unique opportunity to give back, build leadership skills, and work within their community with Build On, a non-profit organization.

This program is free and open to all Balboa High School students.
