Project Commotion is a community space where children, families and educators are invited to learn and grow together through movement, sensory experiences, and play. They offer classes that incorporate tumbling, music, play, dance, and martial arts as a means of fostering healthy development, self-awareness and self-expression. Private, semi-private, and small group classes are available for children, and community workshops are offered for adults. At Project Commotion, every child is a special individual. Class sizes are small to allow instructors the time and space to connect with every child and every family. Classes are structured to meet the needs of participants. They strive in particular to support underserved families of children with special needs, as well as caretakers and educators, through the development of physical, sensory, and self-awareness. Schedule an intake appointment to determine if a group class or private session is the best place for your child to start. Field trips are available for school groups, as well as off-site programming. Adult education workshops are available for educators or parent groups.
