This camp is for children of low income families, scholarships are available for those that qualify. Pre-registration is required, this is on a first come basis, once all spots are filled registration will stop. Call 415-553-3568 for nearest location to register.
Schedule: 
Campers attending the Community Service and Outdoor Adventure Teen Camps will be transported to and from camp. The children will be chaperoned all the way to camp. On Saturday, June 13, the children will again be chaperoned back to San Francisco and will be returned to the sponsoring corps or unit. It is anticipated that the children will be returned to the sponsoring corps or unit between 11 a.m. and 12 Noon. The sponsoring corps or unit will provide the parent with specific information regarding the return of the children

Event Description: 

The Salvation Army has a community service camp at Camp Redwood Glen in the Santa Cruz Mountainsfor children of low income families.  Please have interested parents contact us at the number below, they will be directed to the appropriate Salvation Army Unit. Scholarships are available for those families who may need assistance. All campers are transported by The Salvation Army that signed them up, this is a free chaperoned transportation to the camp and back. Parents will receive information from The Salvation Army unit when they contact them for signing up.
