Neighborhood Parks Council is a non-profit organization that advocates for improving the park and recreation system. The NPC website has listings of local
neighborhood park groups. It is also the home to
Park Scan, which is an independent online reporting system designed so that community members can report problems observed in SF parks on the system.
San Francisco Parks Trust is a non-profit organization that supports the improvement of San Francisco parks. SFPT also organizes volunteers and lists park events.
