Only 15 minutes away from the City, a wild and adventure-filled play space awaits your active child. Safari Run can seem like a glorified fast food play area, but experienced fitness instructors make the visit much more fruitful for kids. Kids join in organized relay races on the mini-track, ball games, and there is a separate toddler area for the little ones. Older kids who tire of the structures can hang out in the arcade area. Parents can wait and relax in the lounge upstairs.
Safari Run offers afterschool fitness and enrichment classes for groups of 5–15 kids. Call (650) 342-1977 for more information.
In the summer, Safari Run offers full- and half-day camps that focus on fitness and fun. Choose from soccer, dance, fitness training, animal themes, and etiquette—there is something for everyone ages 3 to 13. Lunch and snacks are provided for full-day camps.
