Description

This well-respected martial arts school teaches focus and concentration through its youth programs. The school emphasizes self-esteem, self-discipline, and self-respect and has dedicated teachers who are committed to learning and teaching in progressive and innovative styles.

Classes:
There are martial arts classes for all ages. Their Little Ninja program is for beginner kids ages 4 to 6 years old. Aside from martial arts, kids learn about safety issues, such as When to Call 911, Fire Safety, Stranger Danger, and Street Safety. The Kids Karate program for kids ages 7 and up is a solid martial arts curriculum that continues to reinforce positive values. Classes are separated by belt colors (white, yellow, orange, green-blue, purple, orange-brown, brown-black). Fees vary by program.

Camps:
The Karate Day Camp program combines martial arts with arts and crafts, library visits, and field trips. Camps are offered in the spring, summer, and even on long weekends. No experience is required. Snacks are provided but campers must bring their own lunch.

Days/Times: Mondays through Fridays, 9am–2:30pm
Cost: $350 per week (includes uniform). Discounts are available for siblings and if signing up for multiple weeks. $50 off the first week for NEW campers.
Extended Care: 7:30am–9am (included in cost), 2:30pm–6pm (included in cost); $5 for every 5 minutes after 6pm

Celebrations:
A karate party? You can have it at ONE Martial Arts. They play confidence-building games and have relay races and group dances, such as the limbo and the Hokey Pokey. They teach basic martial arts and each child gets to break boards, earn merit badges, and have loads of fun.

The basic party package includes one-and-a-half hours of karate and play, a party coordinator and assistant, and exclusive use of the main room for $249 per 10 kids (minimum) plus $19 per additional child. Additional time can be arranged at $49 per half hour. For $299 per 10 kids, they'll add pizza and drinks.
